Caltrans: Workers dumped dead animals dumped into NorCal ravine (The Daily Comet)

SARATOGA, Calif. State workers have dumped thousands of dead animals killed on roadways into a ravine over the past decade, and many of the carcasses rolled into a creek leading to a popular picnic area, officials said.
