Greene County changes rules governing animals, acreage (The Springfield News-Leader)
Greene County commissioners today approved sweeping changes to rules that set out how many animals county residents can own. The change was prompted by goat rancher Jim Riegle after county officials told him he had too many goats on his 13 acres near Republic.
