Pet owners deal with rising costs in pet license, rabies shot fees (KMOV St. Louis)

(KMOV) - Pet owners and veterinarians are growling about a sharp hike in the cost to license dogs and cats in a local community. Many were not aware that the higher prices were scheduled to take effect Saturday.
